Bridging the Gap Between Potential & Opportunity

Even after earning a university degree and completing our leadership programming, many refugee graduates face significant barriers to employment. Navigating job applications, networking, and interviews is unfamiliar, and a lack of workforce readiness training leaves them struggling to secure meaningful opportunities. Mondiant Initiative’s vocational training programming bridges this gap by equipping graduates with the practical skills, industry knowledge, and professional confidence needed to thrive in the workforce. From career coaching and financial literacy training, to job search strategies and workplace culture training, we ensure that every scholar is prepared to transition from education to employment—and into a future of self-sufficiency and leadership.
